Check-in from 2 p.m. / Check-out until 10:00 a.m. or by arrangement.
For the obligatory final cleaning we charge 70 € per apartment for the whole stay.
The daily cleaning is the responsibility of the guest.
Pets by arrangement.
Terms of payment
- 25% deposit by bank transfer at the time of booking
- 75% final payment by bank transfer at least 4 weeks before arrival
Special rates
- Last-Minute: If you book less than 15 days before arrival you will receive a 10% discount (does not apply to special offers)
- For bookings of at least 3 weeks stay we grant a discount of 5% on the rental price
- Rental prices for long-term stays on reguest
Cancellation fee:
- from 60 days before arrival 25% of the rental price
- from 25 days before arrival 50% of the rental price
- from 15 days before arrival 100% of the rental price
Additional services (if desired):
Bed linen/towels: per person: 20 € .
Towels are for room use only.
Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.
To be paid on the spot:
A deposit of 100 € must be paid in cash on arrival. If you leave the apartment in proper condition, the refund will be made.
Bicycle rental fee 5 € per day
